LIVING ROOM/SITTING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a 3-seater electric leather sofa with headrests and a recliner with footrest.
A round table with extension and 4 chairs. A coffee table.
A large flat-screen connected television allows you to watch TNT channels, Orange box TV channels, and Molotov, Amazon Prime and Netflix applications are also available.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a 12-place setting dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washer-dryer. A wide range of electrical appliances are available for your use (see the “Facilities” section).
BEDROOM 1
The bedroom is equipped with a 160×200 electric bed, a television with digital terrestrial channels and the option to use Netflix, Prime Video and Molotov. A low cabinet with three drawers. Two bedside tables.
BEDROOM 2
The bedroom is equipped with a 160×200 bed, a large wardrobe and a television. Two bedside tables.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower (2m x 0.90m)

An electric towel rail will keep your towels warm.
The exterior
The exterior comprises a 12 m² terrace with table and chairs. For sunbathing, there is a 30 m² garden facing south/west for ideal sunshine.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and a parasol are available.
Outside the flat, there is a bicycle storage room and two parking spaces (one outside and one covered in the basement).
The residence has a magnificent private, secure swimming pool, reserved exclusively for residents
